Meet the Owner

Health and wellness have always been a cornerstone of my lifestyle, and I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to continue building a space dedicated to wellness, recovery, and longevity right here in our community.

As a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a background in emergency medicine, military medicine, and prehospital care as a firefighter/paramedic, I’ve seen firsthand the impact that proactive, lifestyle-driven care can have on long-term health.

Island Wellness Center was built to bridge the gap between medicine and performance - creating a space where individuals can take control of their health, optimize how they feel, and invest in longevity.

One-to-One Coaching

  • My approach is centered around a personalized, lifestyle-driven strategy designed to help you feel and function at your best.

By combining performance-focused training, recovery, and sustainable habits, every plan is built around your goals, your lifestyle, and what works for you long term.

  • I value discipline, consistency, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Health isn’t about quick fixes - it’s about building habits that enhance performance, support recovery, and allow you to operate at a higher level every day.

The focus is simple: do the fundamentals well, stay consistent, and results will follow.

  • My story starts with humble beginnings and a decision I made early on - I wasn’t going to become a product of my environment.

That mindset shaped everything that followed. Through athletics, discipline, and a commitment to growth, I built a path centered around pushing limits and creating opportunities rather than waiting for them.

Over time, that evolved into a deeper passion for health, performance, and helping others do the same - take control, raise their standards, and build a life they’re proud of.
